Delete Your Account

Request the permanent deletion of your Vytal account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile (name, email, photo)
  • All health logs (blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, heart rate, body temperature, steps, sleep)
  • Food scan history and nutritional data
  • AI health reports and insights
  • Streaks, badges and achievement data
  • Subscription information
  • All associated Firebase Authentication data

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account using either method:

Option 1: From the app

  1. Open Vytal and go to the Profile tab
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Via email

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Vytal account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Processing time:

In-app deletion is instant. Email requests are processed within 48 hours. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically upon deletion.
