Welcome to Vytal. By downloading, accessing or using the Vytal application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Medical disclaimer

Vytal is a wellness tracking and informational tool. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated nutrition estimates and health insights are for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition.

1. Wellness+ subscriptions

Vytal offers premium features through an auto-renewing subscription called Wellness+.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2. User responsibilities & AI accuracy

Vytal uses advanced AI models to analyse food and health metrics, but technology is not infallible. Vytal does not guarantee 100% accuracy of calorie estimates or nutritional breakdowns. You are responsible for verifying any critical health data before acting on it.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any biometric login settings confidential, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Vytal application to:

  • Upload malicious code or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models.
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass the subscription paywall.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Vytal service, at our sole discretion and without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or us.
